Admissions Policy
Delegates and Visitors to Ocean Business / Offshore Survey 2009 should be involved or have some
connection or interest in the ocean technology industry and associated industries. Delegates and
Visitors must not allow their badges to be worn by anyone else. Any failure is likely to lead to the
Delegate or Visitor being removed from Ocean Business / Offshore Survey 2009. Delegates and Visitors
to Ocean Business / Offshore Survey 2009 are not permitted to distribute publicity material or solicit
for business without the written consent of the Organisers. The Organisers reserve the right to exclude or
remove anyone from Ocean Business / Offshore Survey 2009 and the venue who do not comply with
this policy or who they reasonable consider are likely to break these rules.
Payment Terms
Registration fees for Offshore Survey 2009
If you have selected to pay by check, an invoice will be sent to you. Invoices must be paid within 30 days
of receipt. If the invoice has not been settled by cleared funds prior to the date of the conference, we
will require full payment onsite.
If you have selected to pay by credit card online, a receipt will be sent to you electronically.
Confirmation of your booking for Offshore Survey 2009
Once funds have cleared, either electronically or via check, an email will be sent you confirming your
delegate place. Delegate badges will be available for pick up at registration onsite at the National
Oceanography Centre, Southampton. One month prior to the event, you will receive a detailed email
providing further information to assist you with your planning.
Cancellation Terms
No refunds will be given if a Delegate to Offshore Survey 2009 cancels their place on or before the
conference dates. However, delegates may substitute another person in their place at no cost provided
that the Organiser is notified in advance by email at info@intelligentexhibitions.com.
In the unlikely event that Offshore Survey 2009 is cancelled, Delegates shall be entitled to a full refund
except in circumstances where it is beyond the Organisers control due in whole or part to the venue
becoming unavailable, war, fire, national emergency, labour dispute, strike, lock-out, civil disturbance.
Limitation of Liability
Delegates and Visitors agree to make no claim for any reason whatsoever against the Organiser, its
Employees, Contractors, Insurers, Committees, Agents, and Sponsoring Organisations (collectively
known as the Organiser) for loss, theft, damage or destruction of goods, or for any injury, including
death to himself, employees, agents or representatives; nor for any damage to its business for failure to
hold the event as scheduled. The Organiser shall bear no responsibility for the safety of the Delegates
and Visitors, or their personal property.
